Training

​All of our carers are fully trained and competent in providing health and social care.
Our training partners deliver the following courses for all our carers.
Moving and handling.
Safeguarding and protection of vulnerable adults.
Personal care and dignity in care.
Infection control.
Nutrition and food hygiene.
Medication awareness.
Basic life Support.
Liberty Protection
Safeguards (LPS).
Our full training course is completed by our carers annually and as and when required to update their knowledge and skills.
We provide our carers with regular supervision and conduct regular observations to identify any training needs and ensure that their work is of the highest standard.
We ensure that all members of staff are fully skilled and knowledgeable, and are up-to-date in matters of compliance.
